According to Travel + Leisure Golf magazine, several Naples communities made the cut in America’s Top 100 Golf Communities.  While Naples offers many choices to live in a golf community, here are the winners of the annual list; Bay Colony, Fiddler’s Creek, Grey Oak’s, Mediterra, Tuscany Reserve and Twin Eagles. The list is compiled by eligibility; “communities must offer property owners an opportunity for membership in an affiliated private golf club. Limited public access to the course-such as for guests at a resort-is allowed but my detract from the communities ranking.” This may explain why many courses such as Tiburon with the Ritz Carlton did not make the list. There are approximately 65 golf communities in Naples, Florida.
