City of Naples Real Estate Information

The City of Naples consists of the communities including that of Olde Naples.  The downtown Naples areas of Fifth Avenue South, Naples Pier and Third Street include all of Olde Naples.  While in Olde Naples, just remember the Avenues take you to the BEACH with public beach access for visitors (bring those quarters) and residents park free with a Beach Parking Pass.

The communities of Port Royal and Aqualane Shores are south in the City of Naples and have beachfront and Naples bayfront property.  North of Olde Naples is the Naples Beach and Golf Club Hotel with a public golf course.  Just north of the Beach Club are the areas of Coquina Sands, The Moorings, Park Shore and Seagate, many homes are also waterfront.  West of Olde Naples over the Naples Bay bridge is Royal Harbor.  To the north is Grey Oaks Country Club including The Estuary.  Another affluent community we serve is Pelican Bay including Bay Colony in Naples, Florida.
